Speaker:I know this may be the hardest thing to do for a tennis player, but we must give our sore
Speaker:muscles and injuries time to rest and heal.
Speaker:Number two, stretch.
Speaker:As much as we just want to keep hitting the ball, we should take advantage of this time
Speaker:and focus on stretching and physical mainings.
Speaker:Check the show notes for a good stretch for tennis players.
Speaker:Number three, visualize.
Speaker:By visualizing success, you allow positive images to dominate your mind and help you play
Speaker:at your peak.
