When using your shadow swings for a quick anaerobic footwork practice routine, focus on

Speaker:

accurate footwork and any technique improvements or adjustments you are working on with your

Speaker:

coach.

Speaker:

Here is my tennis dance.

Speaker:

Starting in a ready position, split the step, pivot, turn to the side, forehand swing,

Speaker:

and then go back to ready position, split the step, pivot, turn to the other side, back

Speaker:

and swing, rings and repeat.

Speaker:

Add somebody way the exercise is to build a strength and improve your conditioning, throw

Speaker:

in a plank, mixing some push-ups, even bounce into a burpee.

Speaker:

Whatever your shadow swing footwork fitness routine becomes, remember to stay hydrated

and definitely take time to stretch before and after you work out.
