Speaker:This is Coach Geovi in the reGeovinate Fitness Health and Wellness Studio, with today's
Speaker:fitness tip for tennis players.
Speaker:When using your shadow swings for a quick anaerobic footwork practice routine, focus on
Speaker:accurate footwork and any technique improvements or adjustments you are working on with your
Speaker:coach.
Speaker:Here is my tennis dance.
Speaker:Starting in a ready position, split the step, pivot, turn to the side, forehand swing,
Speaker:and then go back to ready position, split the step, pivot, turn to the other side, back
Speaker:and swing, rings and repeat.
Speaker:Add somebody way the exercise is to build a strength and improve your conditioning, throw
Speaker:in a plank, mixing some push-ups, even bounce into a burpee.
Speaker:Whatever your shadow swing footwork fitness routine becomes, remember to stay hydrated
Speaker:and definitely take time to stretch before and after you work out.
