Speaker:- Hi, I'm Rob Carver.
Speaker:Author, the book, 366 days of tennis,
Speaker:a tip of day to improve your game.
Speaker:And today I have a great tip for you.
Speaker:Especially for you players that want to be aggressive
Speaker:or the times that you need to add power to your shots.
Speaker:A common mistake when trying to add power
Speaker:is to swing fast just using your arm and upper body.
Speaker:However, a great deal of power comes from your legs.
Speaker:When you need to pass your opponent, remember what you do
Speaker:when you pass someone on the highway.
Speaker:You put your foot down on the gas pedal.
Speaker:When you put your foot down in tennis, you drop down
Speaker:and you load your weight.
Speaker:Remember to step on the gas when you want to pass.
Speaker:As always, have a great day and hang tough.
