Speaker:

Have a listen and let us know what you think.

Speaker:

Hi, I'm Rob Carver.

Speaker:

I'll throw the book 366 Days of Tennis, a tip a day to improve your game.

Speaker:

Today, I got a great tip for you when it's really bright and sunny out.

Speaker:

When you and your partner warm up, sometimes it's good to warm up with the sun directly

Speaker:

in your face.

Speaker:

Why?

Speaker:

So you get used to it.

Speaker:

After warm ups and you play your first game, you guys rotate sides, then your opponent has

Speaker:

to face the sun for the next two games, and they haven't experienced the sun in your eyes.

Speaker:

So when you warm up, do not ask for overheads.

Speaker:

Just do your regular volleys, ground strokes, and serves, and never ever complain about the

Speaker:

elements.

Speaker:

And then, when you switch sides, the sun's in their face.

Speaker:

All right?

Speaker:

Have a great day.

Speaker:

Hang tough.

Speaker:

Well, there you have it.

Speaker:

You want to thank Rejovenate.com for use of the studio and signature tennis for their
