Speaker:Practice your Pilates for injury prevention.
Speaker:Pilates' breathing is already used by the best tennis players.
Speaker:Just look at the serve.
Speaker:We inhale when we toss and exhale into the point of contact.
Speaker:The same Pilates' breathing goes through our forehands and back hands as we exhale into
Speaker:the point of contact.
Speaker:This brings you into balance with full core activation and therefore into full body control.
Speaker:Incorporate the Pilates' 100 for core strength.

Speaker:It's all about the core, baby.
Speaker:And lastly, do your daily leg circles to improve range of motion in your hips.
Speaker:Stretch and strengthen your hip flexors, as well as increase flexibility in your legs and
